Application Process Step-by-Step
1. Electronic Submission via Ur Portal
Log in to the government services portal (Ur Platform) using the official initiative link:
https://eservice.ur.gov.iq/customer/applyService/21156
Register with your phone number, set up an account, and fill in your details.
2. Fill Housing & Loan Info
Provide your housing details accurately. In the Loan Information fields, you must select:
• Executing Developer: Anu for General Trading and Energy Solutions
• The approved bank as agreed upon with our customer support.
• The system quote number verified by our technical advisors.
3. Contract & Downpayment Deposit
Our team will contact you to sign the formal implementation contract and deposit a refundable downpayment of (500,000) IQD (fully returned to you once the bank issues the financing and the installation is verified).
4. Bank Procedures & Disbursements
a) Obtain a "Salary Confirmation & Job Continuity Statement" from your employer, which MUST contain an official QR verification barcode.
b) Visit the bank to open a current checking account (fees of 350,000 IQD apply) and sign the loan release forms.
c) Complete the credit checks and provide guarantor details (a salary statement with QR code for the guarantor) if required by the bank.

Administrative Bank Fees
Bank Checking Account Fees: 350,000 IQD
Paid directly to the bank to register the checking account and cover financial inquiries.
Contract Integrity Deposit: 500,000 IQD
Fully refundable security deposit paid to Q Volts at contract signing and returned as soon as installation is verified.

- These monthly rates and parameters are preliminary and subject to minor adjustments based on the technical site inspection (to verify cable lengths, scaffolding difficulties, and structure types).
- Charging speeds and capacity can be customized by adding a secondary inverter in parallel or expansion batteries; custom pricing will be compiled separately for these upgrades.
- The contract safety deposit (500,000 IQD) is fully refunded to the customer as soon as the installation is certified and functional.
- The financing procedure is bound to changes in the Central Bank of Iraq rules and regulations. Q Volts is the technical developer and execution agent.
